In the beginning we created a food blog … and it was good. We are Bryan and Ashley, and this is officially our first food blog post. Why create a food blog? We just moved in together, we cook a lot, and we would like to share our recipes, and have a place to chronicle our kitchen experiments. All of our recipes are really healthy, as Bryan is a self-proclaimed “OCD health freak”. We plan on cooking every dinner, without resorting to premade boxed foods (except for the occasional bowl of cereal, in Ashley’s case). Whatever happened to the wholesome family dinner anyway? You will probably come across many tips throughout our blogging journey as well that may help you to be a little healthier without sacrificing taste. So from a small apartment kitchen, we bring to you big flavor! We hope you enjoy our recipes!
